Whenever people and machines are used in contaminated areas, machines must be specially equipped for this use. Our breathing air filter systems have a robust metal housing suitable for construction machinery and a durable, electrically powered motor with fan. They are light, durable and compact and are also very suitable for use on smaller construction machines. The systems supply the driver with pure, filtered air and retain pollutants in the ambient air. The contaminated air flows through several filter stages to separate coarse and fine dust, suspended matter and harmful gases. Due to the constant supply of air into the cabin, our breathing air filter systems generate a defined overpressure of 100-300 Pa. This ensures that no contaminated air from outside can enter the cabin. The cabin pressure is electronically monitored several times and displayed via a display and control unit that is installed in the driver's field of vision. As an additional safety measure, a recirculating air filter device is installed in the cabin for the protective ventilation systems. This ensures an even air flow through the filter. Thanks to this high-quality air treatment and the integrated overpressure monitoring, our systems can cope with significantly less outside air than comparable systems on the market, which increases filter service life and thus reduces operating costs. In addition, the separation of suspended matter also extends the lifespan of the air conditioning system and its components.
