The basic device of the SBL30 was developed 30 years ago for military use and then consistently further developed with regard to safety and service life by Dräger Safety and Wölfle.
The resulting protective ventilation system therefore offers a high level of quality and safety. To ensure reliability, attention was paid to the simplicity and associated safety of the electronics during development. Too many additional options that are not absolutely necessary increase the system's susceptibility to failure!
The functional principle of the SBL30, which has been tried and tested over many years, enables the system to last well beyond a decade. It is often even passed on from machine to machine!

Whenever people and machines are used in contaminated areas, machines must be specially equipped for this use. functionality

Contaminated air is sucked in via the air filter pre-separator. Coarse particles are separated using a cyclone. The air in front of the fan is additionally cleaned via the fine dust filter. After the fan, suspended matter is filtered and harmful gases are adsorbed. The air cleaned in this way is now blown into the cabin via an air hose, if possible via the existing heating/air conditioning system.
When the driver gets in and out, contaminated air may be introduced into the driver's cab. After the cabin is closed, these contaminants are removed during operation of the recirculating air filter system.
The system is put into operation and monitored via the control panel.
The beacon signals to outside personnel that the system is functioning properly.
